The Presidential Bashing is Driving me Crazy
The presidential bashing is getting on my nerves. Kerry said this. Bush said that. A celebrity's "over the top" joke. Kerry looks like Frankenstein and uses Botox. Bush is stupid; he can not read nor speak properly. Are "ya'll" sick of this bashing too?

ABOUT MARTHA'S SENTENCE
I Am ticked off about Martha's treatment and can't figure why people feel she is this awful person; think she got a bum rap although the sentence was not all that bad. I think the judge tried to be honorable and know that some over zealous zealot prosecutor, trying to make a reputation for himself, had Martha in his sights--such a shame in my opinion that a juror can't see through it all. She should not have been tried in the first place. I guess if she had fallen on her proverbial "sword" and humbled herself before the mighty court, she could have squeaked by--I doubt it.
Any woman who can tell you how many stitches you need for such and such and how to do all the stuff she does, even if she has a great staff to help her; still, to take her off the air and replace her with some reality show-now that is criminal. She has introduced to the country, a sense of style and eloquence even if she has made a fortune in doing it. I guess most Americans prefer to be dumbed down.
What did they get Martha for? Not insider trading really, but lying to the feds; come on! Talk about hypocritical. I don't want to condone, but what about all the income tax stuff that all of us probably stretch. OK, we are eating out and I'm a businessman, really it is my wife and kids, but I guess we did talk about business so we can take it off the income tax.
Martha did not do a great deal differently than most of us even if she does do it with style. Most federal prosecutors have an ax to grind and are a bunch of media loving self-servers in my view. We did not need Martha to send a message. We have the Bernie Ebbers and Ken Lays and the guy from Tyco who've looted millions for their own personal gain.
