I am still a big fan of the President, but not his apologist. I do try to stick to at least a modicum of fairness.

What I like about the President is that he does “think,” even if I feel he is being bamboozled by the military on Afghanistan and Iraq. Although in fairness, overall, I think he has discovered that governing is a heck of a lot harder than campaigning.

But, to h---- with these people who want to blame the President for everything. The guy inherited two wars and an economy in shambles. In both the arenas of war and the economy, there are no easy fixes, if any. And, just having to put up with the “wingnuts” in the party of "NO" is no small thing.

Why would any one in his right mind want to get into politics? It must be the “power” thing-dang if I know. Rarely does someone come along who is what I would call an idealist and want to serve out of a sense of public service. In politics, no one tells the truth; and, to my knowledge, I am probably the only one attempting to tell it like it is. And, low and behold, I even have my biases. God help us.
